Our annual TSI Lead-Off Banquet went virtual this year and was held on Sunday, Feb 21, 2021.
A recording of the entire event is now available online via the Lead-Off Banquet Event Page. Simply register for free if you have not already done so to view the entire broadcast – which has a few guest appearances from world-famous baseball and softball players!
Although not in person, we were still excited to celebrate another successful year at TSI.Ā 2020 has been a challenge but we are all still playing baseball and softball the TSI way.
Anyone interested in our nonprofit or supporting youth sports is invited to check out the video recording of this virtual event!Ā
This celebratory event serves as our main fundraiser for our nonprofit organization and supports:

(Reminder: There is no fee to register on the event page but there is an option to make a donation which might have been in lieu of your ticket in the past. )Ā
We celebrated our 2020 successes, recognized the leaders from each of our teams, and showcased the new programming that is setting a new standard for us.
We had brief updates online from:
- Coach Chris McKnight
- Director of Player Development Collin Radack
- Pitching Coordinator Josh Youngman
- Softball Coach Tabby Dabney
Nice job on the virtual banquet on Sunday. It’s a crazy world, so making a quick pivot to something like that was nice!
We also recapped our 2020 community service projects:
- 2 food drives for Feed More of Richmond
- Volunteer programs with Henrico Rec and Parks, Police Athletic League, and Tuckahoe Little League
- Team volunteer hours at Historic Evergreen Cemetery
