Pauly Girl Pitching Clinics are “High-Performance Pitching” clinics where the mission is to “provide the most comprehensive educational program on fastpitch pitching mechanics.”
These outstanding pitching clinics are offered by Rick Pauly himself!
Pauly is a former Men’s Fastpitch ASA All American, and has coached at all levels of the game including (retired) pitching/assistant coach at University of Georgia and pitching coach at University of South Carolina 2009-2014 (with a brief retirement period).
These clinics will help the athlete establish the strongest pitching foundation possible. Pauly’s clinics cover strong mechanics and techniques ALL provided by a world-renown pro!

What to Bring:
- Each pitcher must bring their own, fully geared catcher
- Gym shoes (no cleats)
- Parents/Coaches are encouraged to stay for the entire clinic… get involved
Beginner / Intermediate Pauly Pitching Clinic
This clinic focuses on the mechanics of a basic fastball, and the pitching mechanics that all young pitchers need to learn. The clinic is limited to 20 pitchers.

Time: 3:00 – 5:30 PM (please arrive 30 minutes early to register and begin warmups)

Advanced / Intermediate Pauly Pitching Clinic – “How to Make the Ball Move”
This advanced clinic will give pitchers the tips and techniques for throwing a riseball, dropball, and changeup. Coach Pauly is a master at developing safe and efficient mechanics in pitchers. He will share the foundation you will need to become an elite pitcher. This clinic is limited to 20 pitchers.
