Tuckahoe Sports (TSI) is excited to announce two personnel moves to assist our goal of bringing the best coaches and championship-caliber training to our players and their families. First, we welcome Collin Radack as Player Development Coordinator, and second, Josh Youngman has accepted a new leadership role as Pitching Coordinator.
Radack, currently Assistant Coach at the University of Richmond and former professional player for St. Louis Cardinals organization will take over as the Player Development Coordinator. In this newly created position, Collin will be responsible for assisting the TSI coaching staff with training and development, programming including summer camps and clinics.
“I’m so excited to begin my role as Player Development Coordinator at TSI! I hope to take what I’ve learned at the professional and college ranks to the coaches and players that I work with on a weekly basis. I fully believe in the vision that TSI has to develop each individual athlete to his or her max.”
Josh Youngman, a familiar face at TSI for the past seven years, will take on a new role as Pitching Coordinator. Josh has coached at various age levels and currently leads our 2022 Mid-Atlantic Orioles and 2023 Mid Atlantic Orioles teams.
In this additional leadership position, Josh will oversee all of the pitching programs (including the Orioles Complete Pitcher Program) focusing on developing and keeping our pitchers healthy. He will also assist with baseball team schedules, clinics and continue with conducting lessons and coaching his Orioles teams.
“These two young coaches bring a wealth of knowledge and more importantly a passion for teaching. All of our players will benefit having Josh and Collin in their corner. This is another exciting step in the overall development of the TSI program.”
