The 2024 McKnight Orioles had the opportunity to gain some valuable insight from one of our O’s alumni Sam Landess. Sam played for the Orioles for 5 years including the 2019 Mid-Atlantic Orioles Team, and was a pitcher for Godwin HS.
He currently is a LHP for James Madison University. Sam spoke to the players about his typical day in and out of season, the weight training program, and how he balances academics and athletics at a Division One baseball program.

TSI and the Orioles would like to wish all of our alumni a successful 2022 collegiate season. Alumni are also welcome to use our training facility when home from school.
