Summer Speed & Agility Camps
July 25-28 | Ages 8-11 | 9AM-10:30AM | $150 | REGISTER
August 1-4 | Ages 8-11 | 9AM-10:30AM | $150 | REGISTER
These camps will teach proper sprinting mechanics, beginning from stance and start to acceleration and top-end speed.Ā Agility and lateral movement will also be coached during these sessions.Ā Agility and lateral movement work will cover a variety of training techniques to improve base running, acceleration, and deceleration which will develop a more well-rounded athlete.Ā We will also include a group session with a certified Nutritionist focused on the needs of a healthy athlete.
Summer Strength Training Camps
July 25-28 | Ages 12+ | 10:30AM – 12:00PM | $150 |Ā REGISTER
August 1-4 | Ages 12+ | 10:30AM – 12:00PM | $150 |Ā REGISTER
These camps will teach and train all of the major movement patterns including squatting. hip hinging, lunging, pushing, and pulling.Ā These movement patterns are the basis for all athletic movements and have a direct carryover to on-the-field performance.Ā Each session will begin with a thorough warm-up and an activation/preparation period followed by explosive power and strength training.Ā No matter the current training level, each session can be regressed or progressed to accommodate many different training ages and abilities.Ā We will also include a group session with a certified Nutritionist on the needs of healthy athletes.
