Mid-Atlantic Orioles Bike Build

TSI team members actively participated in our 2024 annual community service project: a team bike build for Henrico Police Athletic League (PAL).

To make this project a reality, TSI secured generous sponsors to cover the cost of the bikes. Our teams then enthusiastically embraced the challenge, leveraging their diverse skills to assemble 34 bikes in a single evening during a friendly and competitive team-building event on December 12th.

The following day, Henrico PAL collected the bikes and began distributing them to deserving boys and girls in their program. TSI staff had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the joy these bikes brought to the recipients during one of the gift-giving events as Henrico School Resource officers presented the bikes to students at their elementary schools.

This successful project exemplifies TSI’s year-round commitment to community service along with our strong partnership with Henrico PAL!
