Home from College, the Pros, or out on summer break from High School?? Interested in utilizing our new weight room?
TSI and Bon Secours offer Weight Training Classes, but we also have open gym times for those athletes 16+ that have weightlifting experience and need a place to get their workouts in. If you have your own workout plan, GREAT!!
If not, Bon Secours will have an initial meeting with you to develop a plan and meet with you periodically to go over it and make any necessary adjustments
What do you need to do in order to access the Weight Room:
Our introductory strength program started up again on June 2 with Mon and Wed evening sessions. Space is still available and your registration will be prorated based on the date of signing up. You will find the link for classes here:
