Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28 – 2019 Softball Tryouts
I’m looking forward to working with those of you who were fast enough to secure your spot in the Free Clinic on Sunday, July 14th. The 8U to 12U clinic from 9AM to 11AM filled up quickly, but there are still a couple of openings for the 14U to 18U clinic from 1PM to 3PM.
We will be covering proper dynamic warm-up, throwing progressions according to position, fielding for infield and outfield, as well as hitting, short-game, and base running. This is an excellent opportunity for each girl to sharpen her skills before tryouts.
Be sure to bring your glove, helmet, bat, facemask (if needed), cleats (turf shoes if it rains), and plenty of water!
