The Complete Pitcher Program is back for its fifth season and fall program led by TSI’s Pitching Coordinator Josh Youngman, with the help of New York Yankees pitcher Aaron McGarity. New staff member AJ Wahl will lead the data/analytics and video side of the programming to enable our athletes to get the most out of the program.
Powered by Driveline, the Complete Pitcher Program is continuing to evolve each year and has plenty of new offerings for the 2022-23 season. With the continued used of Rapsodo 2.0, Rapsodo Insight and advanced video this will allow our instructors to dive deep into mechanical errors and athlete flaws during their bullpen sessions.
During the Fall 2022 phase of the Complete Pitcher Program our number one goal is to prepare and strengthen the arm and body of the athlete for their outings and games on the weekend. The fall program also allows our coaches to monitor each player’s weaknesses and make the change for the coming weekend.
We will also increase focus on athlete’s mobility and present them exercises to allow them to get the most out of their body. Sessions are filling up quickly so secure your spot in this fall’s program as soon as possible beginning September 6th and running through October 27th!
