Change-up Mastery   Coach Mikayla Houge

The change-up is one of the most effective tools in a pitcher’s arsenal—but only when it’s executed with precision and confidence. In this 4-week module, pitchers ages 11 and up will break down the art of the change-up from grip to game application. Athletes will explore multiple grip variations to find what works best for their hand size and throwing style while focusing on tempo, deception, and repeatable mechanics.

Through dynamic drills and focused feedback, pitchers will learn to maintain consistent arm speed while disrupting hitter timing. Each session.

🔍 Pitchers Will Learn To:

  • Master several change-up grips

  • Create deception through tempo and body language

  • Match arm speed to their fastball

  • Deliver with confidence under pressure

Bunting Mastery| Wednesdays 9/10-10/1| Session B; 6-7PM | Ages 12+ | $240/$230 for TLL Members | REGISTER

Bunting Mastery  Coach Rasheeda Crews

Bunting is one of the most under-taught, high-impact skills in the game—and it’s often the difference between a win or a missed opportunity. This 4-week module will give players a complete breakdown of bunting strategy, technique, and timing.

Athletes will learn how to confidently execute the sacrifice bunt, squeeze play, and push bunt, while also understanding when and why to use each based on game situations. Through live reps, zone-target drills, and base-running integration, hitters will develop total bunting IQ—turning short-game pressure into offensive execution.

🔍 Hitters Will Learn To:

  • Use correct footwork and bat angle
  • Execute directional bunts with control
  • React quickly to defensive reads
  • Gain confidence in short-game situations

This module is a must for players looking to add versatility and value to their offensive game, especially slappers and contact hitters.

Drop Ball Mechanics  Coach Mikayla Houge

The drop ball is more than just a pitch—it’s a weapon for groundouts, strikeouts, and keeping hitters off balance. This 4-week module is designed for pitchers ages 11+ who want to develop or sharpen their drop ball mechanics from the ground up.

Athletes will dive into proper lower-body engagement and body posture to create the downward momentum necessary for a true, late-breaking drop. Through hands-on instruction and focused repetition, pitchers will fine-tune their spin axis, improve wrist snap, and learn how to control the release point for maximum effectiveness.

Each session emphasizes feel, feedback, and function—empowering pitchers to understand how to consistently hit the drop zone with intent and command.
