If you have noticed the clean-up around the TSI facility this week, we have Publix to thank!Ā We were chosen as one of the nonprofits that Publix partnered with this as part of their annual community service initiative called Publix Serves Day.
On Tuesday, April 20, TSI staff and Publix employees from the Crossroads, Short Pump and John Rolfe locations did a spring clean-up at the TSI facility.Ā Tasks included raking and bagging leaves, pulling weeds, and painting the back retaining wall.
We were also able to complete the prep work for new sod that will be installed at the front of the facility.

Publix Serves Day
In addition to our associateās year-round service efforts, Publix has hosted aĀ Publix Serves DayĀ once a year since 2015 as a way of bringing our service mission to life. Itās a company-wide commitment to help our communities grow and thrive, and weāre grateful to all of our associates who participate.
Each year, Publix partners with over 150 nonprofit organizations for Publix Serves Day, allowing Publix associates plenty of opportunities to volunteer. Whether they assist in building a new home or help with stocking the shelves at a local food bank, our associates are committed to making a difference.
