Police Athletic League (PAL) Baseball for Books Donation

Tuckahoe Sports, Inc. (TSI) places a focus on community support and highlight those Mid-Atlantic Orioles players that answer the call to give back.

Ben Rossi, a player on 2024 Mid Atlantic Orioles Ryan team created a charity called Baseball for Books.  For the past several years Ben has set up collection events, which he organizes to gather books.  He then shares the books he has collected with kids from preschool through middle school.

With the recent opening of the new Henrico Police Athletic League (PAL) home, at the old Henrico Math Science Innovation Center, there was a specific need for materials geared at middle school age.  TSI connected the dots bringing Henrico PAL together with Ben.

PAL Program Director, Lowell Thomas, was thrilled with the addition to the new library!
