I was born and raised in Northern Virginia where I attended Stone Bridge High School. I have played
soccer competitively all my life, playing travel with Loudoun Soccer Club and Varsity all four years of
high school. I continued my soccer journey playing at the University of Mary Washington, where I
also discovered my passion for weight lifting and nutrition. I have always enjoyed fitness, and after
sustaining a career ending injury, I transferred to VCU to continue my education in the field of
Exercise Science. I love working with determined athletes of any age up to the elite level, as well as
helping my general fitness clients gain confidence in the gym and reach their personal goals. I am
incredibly thankful to be a part of such a significant journey and experience for all of my clients, and
will continue to encourage them to follow a healthy lifestyle that they also enjoy.
