What began as a single email from one team interested in getting pink shirts for their baseball games in October to support Breast Cancer Awareness quickly snowballed into something much more. With 17 teams in our program, we thought, if one team is interested, maybe others will be too. And boy, were we right!
Once we shared the idea with all of our teams, the response was overwhelming. Together, we sold 250 pink shirts, and the outpouring of support was truly inspiring. We are thrilled to announce that thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, we were able to donate a check for $1,000 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
This effort demonstrates the power of community, collaboration, and the shared goal of making a difference. Thank you to all the players, coaches, parents, and supporters who made this possible. Your participation has helped contribute to the ongoing fight against breast cancer, and we’re proud to have played a part in raising awareness and funds for such an important cause.
