We are excited that you will be joining us, please take a minute to review:
Door fee of $5 per person. Children under 10 are free. Players, coaches are also exempt from door fee. We accept cash or credit card ($5 minimum) and this will be collected upon entry. You will receive a hand stamp upon entry.
Limited bleacher seating is available. Feel free to bring your own chairs, but no wagons. Even though we are indoors, it is winter, so bring an extra jacket or blanket for spectators. We will have a room available for guests to set up in if you are between games. We ask that children be supervised at all times.
Due to capacity limits, we request that parents remain in their cars upon arrival if arriving before the tournament begins. This allows other teams that are in the facility prior to the tournament time to exit and provide ample space for all.
Concessions will be available at the facility. These will include pizza, hotdogs and snacks. Teams can also preorder pizza prior to arrival. We will not allow outside food or coolers. We are located within a Henrico County Park so Alcohol is prohibited. We will check bags upon entry and ask that any unauthorized items be returned to your car. We ask that you keep food on the concrete areas within the venue. No gum or seeds allowed in the field house. Smoking, vaping, or any tobacco use is not allowed in the facility.
In order to keep the entry, clear we ask that you head to your vehicle if you choose to partake. Parking at the venue is limited. Due to fire regulations, we are not able to allow parking around the perimeter of the venue. We do provide a drop off area at the main entrance and overflow parking in the area below the venue. Please note that illegally parked cars will be towed by Henrico County. Please keep track of your own items, there are a lot of people moving around and TSI will not accept responsibility for lost items.
This is a family friendly event; we reserve the right to ask patrons to leave if they fail to follow our facility rules. We will have staff and security at the facility so do not hesitate to seek us out if you have questions.
