Experience
Luke Schwartz brings his collegiate playing experience, competitive background, and passion for teaching the game to his role as a hitting and fielding coach at TSI. Luke played collegiate baseball at Paul D. Camp Community College before continuing his career at Saint Peter’s University.
During his time at Paul D. Camp, Luke earned a Rawlings Gold Glove Award during his sophomore season and served as team captain. He helped lead the program to two JUCO World Series appearances while establishing himself as a consistent offensive threat. Throughout his collegiate career, Luke compiled a .307 batting average, 34 extra-base hits, and 78 career stolen bases.
Luke also competed in the Coastal Plain League, one of the top summer collegiate baseball leagues in the country, gaining additional experience against high-level competition.
His baseball journey includes time playing for the Mid-Atlantic Orioles from 2021–2022. Today, Luke continues to give back to the organization by coaching two Mid-Atlantic Orioles teams at the 10U and 11U levels, helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game.
As a hitting and fielding coach, Luke combines his experience as a successful collegiate hitter with his passion for teaching young players. His goal is to help each athlete build a strong foundation, develop consistent hitting habits, and become a more confident and complete player.
