TSI is ready to kickoff the summer camp season and has added protocols to meet CDC guidelines to keep both staff and attendees safe. We wanted to share the following information so attendees are aware of the new guidelines.
- There are smaller group ratios with kids staying with only their group throughout the day.
- Each group will have a designated team of counselors that will travel with them.
- Groups will not be intermingled and each group will have designated space which provides plenty of room for social distancing.
- Temperatures for staff and attendees will be taken daily upon entering the facility / drop off. If the temperature is above 100.4 F or experiencing symptoms you will not be permitted in the facility.
- Counselors will be trained in how to properly social distance all the children at camp
- There are markings on the floors reminding kids to stay 6 feet apart
- There will be a curbside check in for parents to limit the number of people coming in the building,
- Equipment will not be shared between groups and will also be sanitized after each use. Meanwhile the facility will have frequent cleanings throughout the day.
- We will utilize the outdoors as much as possible and allow for kids to have quiet cool down periods with a book or hobby/activity brought from home.
- Pre-ordered Lunches will be available and will be placed on designated area to avoid contact for pick up by children.
- Pre packaged snacks will be available at scheduled sessions during the day from our concession area
